About Us: Well-established Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) practice looking to add a third surgeon. Our founding physician has transitioned to the CMO role for the hospital system, leading to a reduction in their clinical role while our practice continues to expand rapidly.

Position: This hospital-employed position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with a flexible schedule and an extremely competitive compensation model based upon general surgery benchmarks.

Practice Highlights:

  • Consultative Only: No annuals or routine visits.
  • High Volume:
    • Practice volume has expanded such that an additional surgeon is required to meet the needs of our referring providers
    • Referral base covers a large geographic area extending into neighboring states
    • Significant growth potential exists as current growth is occurring in the absence of marketing or outreach
  • Strong emphasis on fertility and reproductive surgery with well established relationships with local REI practices:
    • Resection of deeply infiltrating endometriosis
    • Complex myomectomies
    • Tubal microsurgery
    • Metroplasty
  • Gender Affirming Surgery: Integral part of our practice which is available by way of partial employment through Ellis hospital 
  • Flexible Schedule: Options for full or part-time positions.
  • Call Coverage: Limited to our established surgical patients.
  • Excellent Resources: Experienced PAs and support staff in both office and OR settings.
  • Competitive Compensation: Initial salary guarantee with generous productivity-based compensation thereafter. Benchmarks based upon general surgery compensation models.
  • OR Time: Ample OR time available (robotic and otherwise).
  • Hospital Privileges: Available at four area hospitals, three of which have strong Da Vinci support.
  • Educational Opportunities: Optional involvement in resident education and research, with potential for as much or as little involvement as desired.
  • Collaborative Environment: Access to minimally invasive urology, colorectal, cardiothoracic, and gyn onc surgeons as well as IR.

Key Qualifications:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Fellowship training in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery preferred.
  • Interest in fertility-related surgery.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
