Qualifications:
- Fellowship-trained in Minimally Invasive GYN Surgery (MIGS)
- Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active medical license (or eligibility for licensure) in the New Jersey and/or Maryland
- Valid DEA registration
- Valid CDS (Controlled Dangerous Substances) registration as applicable
