CIGC has been leading this movement for over 20 years. We're growing—surgical volume is increasing, and Visionary ASC is expanding to new locations. We're looking for MIS surgeons who want to be part of that growth. 

THE PLATFORM 

Surgery is performed at Innovations Surgery Center—a physician-owned, 15,000 square foot freestanding ASC with two main operating rooms, two procedure rooms, and Da Vinci Xi robotic capability. No hospital affiliation. No corporate management. One of the few ASCs in the Northeast doing complex GYN surgery including retroperitoneal hysterectomy, LAAM myomectomy, endometriosis excision, and selected GYN cancers. 

The outcomes: 1,000+ major cases annually, <0.5% hospital transfer rate, ~100% same-day discharge. Published in peer-reviewed journals. The ASC model delivers what hospitals cannot. 

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS 

Base salary $350,000 - $450,000 depending on existing practice volume, plus productivity No Call/No Weekend | Predictable Schedule | Competitive Benefits | Strong Staff and Anesthesia Support
