Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS)

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate fellowship-trained gynecologic surgeon to join our growing practice dedicated to the comprehensive treatment of endometriosis and complex pelvic pain disorders.

This is a full-time position focused on advanced endometriosis excision surgery within a patient-centered, multidisciplinary care environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving quality of life for patients with complex pelvic pain and has extensive training in advanced laparoscopic excision techniques.

Qualifications

  • Completion of an accredited Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) fellowship required
  • Strong surgical training and demonstrated experience in advanced endometriosis excision surgery
  • Expertise in complex laparoscopic pelvic surgery
  • Excellent understanding of endometriosis pathology, disease progression, and surgical management
  • Knowledge of associated comorbidities including pelvic floor dysfunction, interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome, adenomyosis, bowel dysfunction, central sensitization, and chronic pain syndromes
  • Commitment to multidisciplinary and patient-centered care
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with a complex patient population

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and manage patients with suspected or confirmed endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain
  • Perform advanced minimally invasive excision surgeries
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers including pelvic floor physical therapists, pain specialists, colorectal surgeons, urologists, and fertility specialists
  • Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care to patients with chronic pain conditions
  • Participate in ongoing education and advancement of endometriosis treatment protocols
