Our Lady of Lourdes Women's & Children's is seeking a BE/BC Minimally Invasive Surgical Gynecologist (MIGS) to join our growing Women's Health service line. This physician will join our growing team to focus on the evaluation, surgical management, and follow-up care of patients with complex benign gynecologic conditions, emphasizing minimally invasive techniques. The provider will collaborate with OB-GYNs, midwives, advanced practice providers, anesthesiology, and nursing to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with benign gynecologic conditions requiring surgery.
• Perform minimally invasive gynecologic procedures, including laparoscopic, robotic, vaginal, hysteroscopic, and abdominal hysterectomies, treatment of endometriosis, fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, pelvic pain, adnexal masses, and other complex benign conditions
• Provide preoperative consultation, informed consent, and postoperative care.
• Partner with outpatient Women’s Health providers to ensure seamless surgical referrals and continuity of care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, efficient surgical block utilization, and service line growth.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
